Fagus sylvatica Atropurpurea - Purple Beech is a native tall spreading tree or hedging plant with smooth silver grey bark and deep purple leaves turning copper in autumn. Deciduous but retains coppery leaves during the winter. Shade tolerant.

All plants supplied are strong, well established and ready for immediate outdoor planting.
