Lesser periwinkle Imagine 

Vinca minor Imagine (Lesser Periwinkle Imagine) is a spreading carpet forming evergreen perennial or shrub with narrow ovate golden yellow leaves edged dark green. Small blue flowers from summer to autumn. Grows in most soil types in full sun, shade or part shade conditions. Hardy. Height up to 10 to 20cm Spread indefinite.
